What Is Mentoring

In the hospitality industry, mentoring has been crucial for passing down skills and fostering a service-oriented culture. Early on, apprenticeships and on-the-job training were common forms of mentoring. The approaches have shifted, expanding to include group, peer, and virtual mentoring due to the industry's dynamic nature and the need for adaptability.
