Eclat Hospitality seeks a skilled Pastry Chef to join one of our luxurious hotel clients in Bhutan. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating delectable pastry items and desserts for our discerning guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and prepare a wide variety of pastries, baked goods, and desserts

  • Create new recipes while ensuring consistency in quality and presentation

  • Monitor inventory of pastry supplies and place orders as needed

  • Train and supervise pastry team members

  • Adhere to sanitary and safety regulations in the kitchen

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker

  • Proficient in various baking techniques and pastry decoration

  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Culinary degree or relevant certification
