We are hiring on behalf of our prestigious client, a leading luxury resort located in the scenic landscapes of Rajasthan. Known for its rich heritage and unparalleled luxury, the resort offers exceptional service to its guests, creating unforgettable experiences. As part of their continuous growth, they are seeking a talented and dynamic HR Manager to join their team.

Position: HR Manager
Location: Rajasthan, India
Reporting to: General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the resort’s overall goals and foster a positive, supportive work culture.

  • Lead the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of top talent for various departments within the resort.

  • Manage employee development initiatives, including training programs and career progression plans.

  • Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution of issues, promoting a healthy work environment.

  • Administer employee benefits, compensation programs, and ensure legal compliance with labor laws.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure the efficient processing of payroll and other HR documentation.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably within the hospitality or luxury service sector.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage employee relations with tact and professionalism, ensuring a positive work environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
