We are hiring on behalf of our esteemed client, a super luxury resort located in the heart of Rajasthan’s stunning landscapes. As part of our exciting expansion plans, we seek an enthusiastic, dynamic, and people-focused individual to join us as General Manager. With a vision of opening four new properties this year, we offer exciting growth prospects for the right candidate.

Position: General Manager
Location: Rajasthan, India
Reporting to: VP Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth and flawless guest experiences.

  • Drive revenue generation and maintain operational excellence in line with company standards.

  • Foster a culture of outstanding service by mentoring and leading a team of 430 employees.

  • Manage a property with 100 keys spread across 60 acres, ensuring the highest standards of luxury, comfort, and guest satisfaction.

  • Focus on enhancing the luxury services offered, ensuring a personalized, high-touch experience for every guest.

  • Collaborate with the leadership team on the development and opening of four new properties this year.

  • Ensure smooth coordination between various departments, including F&B, Accommodation, and Guest Services.

Key Requirements:

  • People Person: A happy, pleasant individual who loves interacting with people and thrives in a customer-facing role.

  • Revenue Experience: Must have managed a hotel or property with at least INR 100 Cr revenue. (Our current revenue is INR 110 Cr per annum.)

  • Interest in Luxury Services: A passion for the luxury hospitality industry, with an understanding of delivering top-tier service to high-end guests.

  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a large team, creating a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Background: Open to candidates with experience in Food & Beverage (F&B), Accommodation, or General Hotel Management.
