Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the butler service team to deliver personalized and seamless guest experiences.

• Train, mentor, and supervise butlers to uphold the highest standards of service.

• Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge) to cater to guest preferences.

• Anticipate guest needs and customize services accordingly, ensuring VIP treatment.

• Handle special requests, private dining arrangements, and exclusive experiences for guests.

• Maintain inventory of guest amenities, refreshments, and in-room services.

• Ensure adherence to hotel service protocols and uphold brand standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in butler services or guest relations, preferably in a luxury hotel.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent knowledge of fine dining, etiquette, and personalized guest service.

• Ability to handle high-profile and VIP guests with discretion.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi and other languages is a plus.

• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred.
