Eclat Hospitality has been retained by a client to lead the search for a visionary leader to head a new Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) concept. The restaurant will capture the spirit of a classic American diner, featuring an array of pizzas, hot dogs, slushes, and milkshakes.Launching at a popular resort in Lonavala, this is just the beginning. The plan is to take this brand regional and then expand nationally.
