We seek a skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our prestigious luxury resort in Bhutan. This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of the world's most serene and unique destinations, offering world-class services to our discerning guests.

 Key Responsibilities:

  •  Oversee and manage all IT systems and infrastructure of the resort, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

  •  Ensure that all IT equipment (servers, network devices, workstations, etc.) are maintained and up-to-date.

  •  Manage and support the resort’s network, including internet services, WiFi, and communication systems for both guests and staff.

  •  Collaborate with various departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B, etc.) to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives.

  •  Lead the installation and maintenance of software and applications, ensuring high system availability and security.

  •  Manage cybersecurity protocols to safeguard guest data and resort information.

  •  Provide technical support and training to staff as required.

  •  Handle vendor relationships for IT-related services, products, and maintenance contracts.

  •  Develop and execute disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures.

 Requirements:

 

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  •  Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.

  •  Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, especially in a luxury resort or hotel.

  •  Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and software management.

  •  Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  •  Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  •  Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, point of sale (POS) systems, and property management systems (PMS) is a plus.

 Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Hindi, Dzongkha) is a plus.

 

 Additional Information:

  •  Salary: INR 13-19 Lakhs per annum, depending on current experience and qualifications.

  •  Benefits: This position does not include expat benefits, and the role is open to both local and international candidates. Accommodation and meals will be provided onsite.
