We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Villa Manager to oversee and manage a luxury villa-based property in Goa. The Villa Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high service standards, and delivering an exceptional experience to guests. The role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual with excellent communication and management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the villa, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and security.
Ensure the villa is in pristine condition at all times.
Manage and supervise a team of staff, including housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance personnel.
Coordinate guest arrivals, and departures, and ensure a seamless stay experience.
Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Develop and implement processes and procedures for efficient villa management.
Liaise with external vendors for any maintenance or supplies required.
Manage and control the villa’s budget, expenses, and inventory.
Organize and oversee events, special occasions, and villa activities as needed.
Ensure compliance with all legal and safety standards for the property.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in managing luxury properties, villas, or hotels.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of the hospitality industry and best practices.
Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently.
Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Good understanding of property maintenance and facilities management.
Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends if required.
