**Job Description:**

As a Sales Manager for the resort, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and partners, managing relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Your efforts will contribute directly to the growth of the resort and its positioning in the competitive hospitality market.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue growth for the resort.

- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.

- Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and direct customers.

- Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients and partners.

- Regularly visit Manali to assess resort performance, meet with local stakeholders, and gather feedback.

- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment of promotional campaigns and customer service.

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business analysis to senior management.

- Represent the resort at trade shows, events, and networking functions.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality or tourism industry, preferably with experience in resorts, hotels, or travel sales.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and priorities.

- Willingness to travel to Manali and other locations as required.

- Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools.

- A self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a passion for customer satisfaction.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Experience with luxury resorts or premium hospitality services.

- Established a network of industry contacts.

- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
