Responsibilities

As the Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving corporate sales initiatives, targeting corporate clients, and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. Your primary duties will include:

  • Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and market research.

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing corporate clients, fostering loyalty and generating repeat business.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral and promotional materials.

  • Effectively negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • Regularly analyze sales data, identify trends/patterns, and present reports to the senior management team.

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of corporate events and initiatives.

Requirements

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven track record in corporate sales, preferably within the entertainment or hospitality industry.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

  • Strong negotiation abilities to close deals and achieve revenue targets.

  • Adept at market research and lead generation to explore new business opportunities.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software.

  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
