Job Opening: Corporate Chef for a Resort Chain

Candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of 20-25 resorts across Maharashtra & Goa

Hiring for the Position of Corporate Chef
Location: Pune, India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all culinary operations for the resort's wedding and MICE events.

  • Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse client preferences and dietary restrictions.

  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

  • Collaborate with event planning teams to create seamless culinary experiences.

  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.

  • Manage inventory, procurement, and kitchen budgets efficiently.

  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Corporate Chef or similar role in high-end hospitality settings.

  • Strong background in catering for weddings and large-scale events, particularly in the MICE sector.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • A culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Salary: Up to 28 Lac PA Little Negotiable for the right candidate
Age Requirement: Minimum 45 years and above
Experience: MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) experience preferred
