Hiring for the Position of Corporate Chef
Location: Pune, India
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all culinary operations for the resort's wedding and MICE events.
Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse client preferences and dietary restrictions.
Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
Collaborate with event planning teams to create seamless culinary experiences.
Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
Manage inventory, procurement, and kitchen budgets efficiently.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Corporate Chef or similar role in high-end hospitality settings.
Strong background in catering for weddings and large-scale events, particularly in the MICE sector.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
A culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
Salary: Up to 28 Lac PA Little Negotiable for the right candidate
Age Requirement: Minimum 45 years and above
Experience: MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) experience preferred
