We are seeking an experienced General Manager for a 4-star hotel in Raipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.

• Manage and lead the hotel staff to achieve high guest satisfaction and performance standards.

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue and profitability.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

• Maintain positive relationships with guests by addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with a focus on operational excellence.

• Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.

• Strong financial acumen and knowledge of budgeting and forecasting.

Compensation:

• Salary range: 11.00 - 13.00 LPA, commensurate with experience.
