Human Resource Manager
Location Faridabad
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
Manage the recruitment and selection process for hiring new employees
Oversee and manage employee benefits, compensation, and performance evaluation programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Create and update HR policies and procedures
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
Nurture a positive working environment and promote employee satisfaction and well-being
Collaborate with management to identify training needs and opportunities for professional development
Conduct regular HR audits to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in HRIS and other HR software
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
