Job Opening: General Manager at 5-Star Resort in Bhutan

We are currently seeking a General Manager to lead our well-known 5-star resort in Bhutan. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort's operations, including hospitality, guest services, human resources, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability

• Oversee all departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team

• Maintain high standards of quality and service throughout the resort

• Monitor and manage the resort's financial performance and budget

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in a 5-star resort

• If you have worked in brands like Leela, Oberois, and Hilton it will be added advantages

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• In-depth knowledge of hotel management best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (Master's degree preferred)
