F&B Cost Controller

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of food and beverage inventory management, including ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing supplies.

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for food and beverage cost control, revenue management, and menu engineering.

  • Conduct regular audits and analyses of food and beverage costs, sales trends, and menu profitability.

  • Collaborate with chefs, restaurant managers, and other stakeholders to develop new menu items, promotions, and pricing strategies.

  • Train and supervise food and beverage staff on inventory management, cost control, and revenue optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
