Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of food and beverage inventory management, including ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing supplies.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures for food and beverage cost control, revenue management, and menu engineering.
Conduct regular audits and analyses of food and beverage costs, sales trends, and menu profitability.
Collaborate with chefs, restaurant managers, and other stakeholders to develop new menu items, promotions, and pricing strategies.
Train and supervise food and beverage staff on inventory management, cost control, and revenue optimization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage cost control, inventory management, and revenue optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
