Position: Business Development Manager - Hospitality
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth across the chain's properties.
Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships to expand market share.
Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, generate reports, and present insights to senior management.
Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Focus Areas
Business Growth & Expansion
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to expand Signum Hotels' portfolio.
Identify new markets, potential acquisitions, and revenue-generating opportunities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Sales & Revenue Generation
Drive lead generation, property acquisitions, and management contract signings.
Set and achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and expansion KPIs.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline for continuous business growth.
Strategic Partnerships & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, investors, travel agents, and corporate clients.
Negotiate and close high-value hotel management agreements (HMAs), franchise deals, and corporate partnerships.
Represent Signum Hotels at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead and mentor the business development team to enhance performance and achieve targets.
Establish KPIs and track team productivity to drive results.
Foster a collaborative, goal-oriented, and high-performance culture within the team.
Financial & Operational Oversight
Develop and manage the business development budget to align with company objectives.
Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
Provide regular reports, business insights, and forecasts to the Vice President, Operations.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Core Qualifications
✅ 8–15 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the hospitality industry.
✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Core Skills
Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven track record in hotel acquisitions, franchise development, and management contract negotiations.
