Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute creative and innovative menus that reflect contemporary Western cuisine, using the finest ingredients and local produce.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
