The Assistant Manager - Sales will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities for the boutique hotel. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts and corporate clients.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local and regional markets.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and packages.

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.

  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in boutique or luxury establishments.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
