Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager - Sales will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities for the boutique hotel. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts and corporate clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local and regional markets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and packages.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in boutique or luxury establishments.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
