Job Opening: Kitchen CDP Continental and Chinese for Cloud Kitchen

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook a diverse range of Continental and Chinese dishes according to our recipes and quality standards.
2. Monitor food stock levels and ensure efficient and timely ordering of ingredients.
3. Assist the Head Chef in menu development and food costing.
4. Train and supervise other kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, practicing good sanitation and food handling techniques.
6. Collaborate with the entire team to craft new and innovative dishes that meet customers' expectations.
7. Display creativity and attention to detail in the presentation and garnishing of dishes.
8. Continuously update your knowledge of current food trends and techniques, seeking inspiration from various sources.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Kitchen CDP Continental and Chinese or similar role.
2. In-depth knowledge of both Continental and Chinese cuisine, including preparation methods and cooking techniques.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
5. Strong passion for food and a creative culinary approach.
6. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
7. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
8. A valid food handling certificate is preferred.
