Job Responsibilities
As the F&B Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall food and beverage operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional quality and guest satisfaction. Your duties will include:
Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and enhance guest experiences in the F&B department.
Ensuring efficient operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
Collaborating with the executive chef to create innovative menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Managing inventory, cost control, and budgeting to maximize profitability.
Recruiting, training, and supervising the F&B team to maintain high service standards.
Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure the availability of quality products.
Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A minimum of 10 years of progressive F&B experience, preferably within a luxury hotel setting.
Proven track record of successfully managing F&B operations and driving revenue growth.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate the F&B team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to effectively handle multiple priorities.
In-depth knowledge of F&B industry trends, best practices, and evolving guest preferences.
Solid understanding of financial analysis, cost control, and budgeting.
