Are you an experienced bartender looking for an opportunity to work in a top-tier celebrity restaurant in Mumbai? Look no further! Eclat Hospitality is now hiring for a bartender position at a flagship restaurant in Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests

• Maintain an organized and clean bar area

• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in mixology and create unique and innovative drink menus

• Ensure compliance with all alcohol laws and regulations

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guests have a memorable experience

Requirements:

• At least 2 -3 years of experience as a bartender in a high-end establishment

• Strong knowledge of mixology and the ability to create unique and innovative drinks

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
