Job Responsibilities:
As the Front Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of the front desk operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
2. Coordinating with other departments to meet guests' needs and requests in a timely manner.
3. Managing and training the front office staff, ensuring a high level of professionalism and guest service.
4. Developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Handling guest complaints and resolving them promptly and efficiently.
6. Monitoring and maintaining hotel inventory, including room availability and blockages.
7. Creating work schedules for the front office staff and managing their performance.
8. Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue and occupancy rates.
9. Keeping updated with industry trends and implementing best practices to improve operations.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, candidates should have the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a reputable hotel.
2. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
3. Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
4. Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations.
5. Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of hotel management systems.
