Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Front Office Manager to oversee the front office operations across multiple boutique hotel properties in Pune. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, a guest-focused approach, and the ability to optimize efficiency while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day front office operations across multiple hotel properties.

• Ensure seamless guest check-in/check-out processes and handle escalated guest concerns.

• Train, mentor, and lead front office teams to deliver superior guest service.

• Monitor and achieve KPIs, including occupancy rates, revenue targets, and guest satisfaction scores.

• Implement and enforce brand standards, SOPs, and company policies.

• Coordinate with other departments like housekeeping and F&B for smooth operations.

• Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.

• Manage budgets, and inventory, and ensure cost-effective operations.

• Assist in recruitment and scheduling of front office staff.

• Oversee technology systems related to front desk operations, such as PMS and CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

• Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Previous cluster management experience is an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of front office systems and procedures.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, or similar).

• Flexibility to travel between properties if required.
