We are currently seeking a talented Sous Chef specializing in Continental cuisine to join our team at a standalone 5-star resort in Chennai, India. This role requires an experienced chef with a specialization in European cuisine to assist in leading our culinary efforts and maintaining the high standards expected at our resort.

Responsibilities:

  • - Oversee the daily operations of the resort's kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management

Requirements:
