Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our luxury lifestyle hotel in New Delhi. This role requires a dynamic leader who possesses a strong operational background and will ensure that guest satisfaction and operational excellence are achieved. The General Manager will drive the strategic vision of the hotel while managing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and sales and marketing.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue growth.

  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations, maintaining high levels of service and quality.

  • Manage and mentor hotel management staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Analyze financial performance, preparing budgets, forecasts, and reports to optimize profits.

  • Lead marketing initiatives and partnerships to enhance the hotel's visibility and reputation in the luxury segment.

  • Address guest feedback promptly, implementing improvements as necessary to enhance guest satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with corporate teams to align operational practices with brand standards and trends in the luxury hospitality sector.

  • Ensure a high level of employee engagement through training, motivation, and performance management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of hotel management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in luxury or lifestyle hotels.

  • Proven track record of managing large teams and hotel operations successfully.

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and revenue generation.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick, informed decisions.

  • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
