Are you a passionate and innovative culinary professional with a flair for modern Indian cuisine? Eclat Hospitality is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our chain group of restaurants in creating and executing progressive, modern Indian culinary experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the culinary vision for our chain group of restaurants, ensuring a consistent and high-quality modern Indian dining experience across all locations.
Lead menu creation, innovation, and recipe development, with a focus on incorporating and elevating traditional Indian flavors and techniques in a modern context.
Champion kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Collaborate closely with restaurant management teams to ensure seamless kitchen operations, efficient procurement, and cost-effective inventory management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Culinary Director with a focus on modern Indian cuisine, preferably within a chain or multi-location restaurant group.
In-depth knowledge of Indian culinary traditions and ingredients, coupled with a track record of creatively integrating these elements into modern, progressive dishes.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate culinary teams across multiple locations.
Adept at managing food costs, optimizing kitchen workflows, and ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
Culinary degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized culinary institution.
