Role and Responsibilities:

- Sales & Marketing: Generate and convert leads for banquet sales, including weddings, corporate events, conferences, and social gatherings. Actively seek new business opportunities through tele-calling, networking, and client meetings.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and event planners to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

- Event Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of events, including menu planning, décor, setup, and customer service.

- Revenue Management: Oversee the pricing and packages for banquet services, and develop strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

- Market Analysis: Keep track of local market trends, competition, and customer preferences to help tailor the hotel’s banquet offerings.

Key Requirements:

 - Proven experience in banquet or event sales within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple clients and events.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- A customer-focused attitude with the ability to understand client needs and expectations.

- A degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
