Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targeted goals and expand the hotel's clientele.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other related industry partners.

  • Lead the sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive performance and exceed revenue targets.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges within the market.

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 5-star hotel environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and developing a high-performing sales team.
