Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to join our Client at Premier Business Hotel in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front office department, delivering exceptional guest service, and managing a team of front office personnel.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office, including guest check-in, check-out, reservations, and inquiries.
Ensure that guests receive a warm welcome and provide them with information about the resort's facilities and services.
Manage and coordinate all front desk activities, including assigning duties to the front office staff, handling guest complaints, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Monitor the performance of the front office staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate records of guest bookings, payments, and interactions using the property management system.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the resort.
Strive to achieve and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by understanding their needs and resolving any concerns promptly.
Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market demands to make informed decisions and contribute to the resort's success.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in property management systems and other relevant software.
Knowledge of front office operations, including reservations, guest services, and revenue management.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and exceeding expectations.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
