Job Responsibilities
As the F&B Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our entire food and beverage department. Your main responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing F&B strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue goals
Managing and supervising all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service
Ensuring exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high-quality standards and service levels
Managing and controlling costs by monitoring expenses, implementing cost-saving measures, and maintaining inventory control
Recruiting, training, and supervising F&B staff to ensure a professional and efficient team
Collaborating with the Executive Chef in menu planning and innovation to meet guest expectations and market trends
Developing relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients and products
Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Analyzing guest feedback and reviews to continually improve F&B offerings and service quality
Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or hospitality establishment
Proven track record of successfully managing F&B operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of F&B industry trends, customer preferences, and culinary techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions under pressure
Familiarity with computerized F&B systems and software
