Responsibilities
As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for:
Developing innovative and authentic Asian-inspired menus that meet the highest standards of taste and presentation.
Overseeing the entire kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency in food preparation and service.
Managing and mentoring a team of talented chefs, providing guidance and support in culinary techniques and maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
Maintaining inventory and ensuring the availability of fresh, high-quality ingredients while effectively managing costs.
Implementing and maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards in line with local regulations.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef, with a focus on Asian cuisine.
In-depth knowledge of various Asian culinary techniques, flavors, and ingredients.
An innovative and creative mindset with a passion for elevating traditional Asian dishes and presenting them in a contemporary manner.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and work collaboratively with other departments.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
