Salary Range: Competitive, based on experience
Position Overview
Eclat Hospitality is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our Client at our Asian 36-seater restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional service and delivering an authentic Asian dining experience. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring outstanding customer service, and driving profitability.
Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the restaurant operations, including staff performance, scheduling, payroll, and inventory control.

  • Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness to meet customer expectations and health regulations.

  • Develop and maintain effective communication with the culinary team, recommending menu enhancements, and ensuring efficiency in food preparation.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the restaurant staff, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.

  • Monitor and optimize restaurant sales and profitability, implementing strategies to increase revenue and control costs.

  • Handle customer inquiries, and complaints, and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of restaurant staff, ensuring a skilled and motivated team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Asian cuisine restaurant setting. and Overall 5-6 years of experience

  • In-depth knowledge of Asian culinary traditions, including various cooking techniques, ingredients, and regional specialties.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Proven experience in driving sales growth and achieving financial targets.

  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Understanding of health and safety regulations and the ability to implement them effectively.
