Role and Responsibilities:
As the F&B Manager at our prestigious hotel, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Food and Beverage department. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional dining experiences, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maximizing revenue. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Leading a diverse team of talented individuals, providing guidance and support
Developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance the quality of our F&B offerings
Ensuring effective coordination between the kitchen, restaurant, and banquet team
Monitoring and controlling inventory, minimizing wastage, and maintaining cost controls
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness standards
Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue, attract new guests, and retain existing clientele
Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the F&B department
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
Proven experience as an F&B Manager in a reputable hotel or hospitality establishment
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing teams
Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, and banquet service
Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement creative strategies to drive revenue and improve guest satisfaction
Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
