F&B Waiter / Associate
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
Deliver orders to the correct tables while ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Serve food and beverages to customers, providing a high level of customer service
Provide recommendations and explain menu items to customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any inquiries or complaints
Clear tables and ensure the cleanliness of the dining area
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Assist in the setup and cleaning of the dining area before and after service
Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Essential Qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar role within the F&B industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation methods
Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or equivalent
Desired Experience:
Previous experience working in a fine dining establishment
Knowledge of different cuisines and wine pairings
Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems
Ability to speak and understand multiple languages
Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills
